Good experience if you’re on a time crunch and want to see as much of the park as possible in one day. The tour guide was a little too chatty for our liking but overall was tolerable.

Full Day Yosemite...
Lea_C

Full Day Yosemite tour,5/26/22 Could have been an unforgettable experience if not for the unresolved air conditioning problem. Our tour guide ( Ron? Rob)) and driver were both very nice and knowledgeable but were helpless in resolving the major air conditioning issue. Majority of the passengers were seniors, some with difficulty handling the heat inside an enclosed bus - no adequate ventilation when the cooling system didn't work for hours on end. Some passengers almost had a medical disaster which actually ruined their experience. Wondering why we didn't have a back up tour bus at least, before lunch.

Automobiles seem to have their own mind. We have been here for 28 years and I have travelled to the park hundreds of times. We will always see the vehicles broken down on the side of the road for one reason or another. It is never intentional to make our guests uncomfortable or our employees go through the hot day like that. But sometimes things do happen and we apologize to you for that day. I am glad to know you liked the park and our guide and driver. Please give us a call so we can send you a gift certificate for the inconvenience caused to you. Please let us know if you are visiting again so we can offer you a good sizable discount on your trip as well. thanks

Best Day in the park!
Sompop_N
, May 2022
This was an excellent way to get an orientation to the park and hit most of the highlights. If you only have one way - THIS is absolutely the way to go. You will be tired at the end of the day - over 10k steps but even the older members of our group had no trouble. The nice thing about this trip is that you don’t have to worry about finding parking or directions or reservations for the park or finding food or drinks. You are fully taken care of - which was worth every penny. Highy recommend!

James was an awesome guide. It was very helpful to get an overview of the park before heading out on our own, and James added his own knowledge and personality to the trip. We saw so many things, and we really enjoyed the other people on our tour.
