Definitely rent a car ahead of time not their fault

Never made it to any of my bookings. Due to location however viator was really great with communication constantly even w/rain works flexible schedule. I will use them again. However if ur going to PR and not staying in San Juan area definitely rent a car a head of time. I completely understand y they do not do pick ups outside of the area ubers and taxis are not really available they can run $2-500 round trip. So patillas,Guayama,Ponce areas go back Please rent a car. I give 5 stars to them had a tough time deciding 4or 5. I did get all of my refunds back.

Experience was good. Only bad parts was they had me and my wife in the water for the slide knowing we were able to go down because the current was so strong. My wife got pulled by the current bashing both her knees now having issues with her left knee and with the force of the water, water went throught the case and damaged her phone case her phone to break. Every expensive and painful day. If wasnt for the mistakes of putting her in the water would have been a great day and mice experience.

Best day in Yunque and Luqullio beach

We had an amazing day on this tour! Noel was awesome! We would definitely do this again! This hike is intense. Get ready to get muddy, and climb, but it’s all worth it when you get to the water slide and the refreshing water! Here’s an opportunity to challenge yourself and have lots of fun! Also had a great time in Luquillo Beach.

Cliff Diving in the Jungles of Puerto Rico with Noah

Picked us up from our hotel, brought us to the jungle! Noah was a great driver, tour guide, host and master navigator. These people know that jungle. We had a blast, riding down a jungle water slide and jumping off a cliff into deep icy blue mountain water. We were brought to a great beach with a little chain of restaurants that were all magnificent. Great food at La Parilla.

ok tour

This tour is ok. If you want the rainforest tour experience you’ll have to find another tour that goes through the oficial entrance where the Rangers are. The treks were muddy and challenging. The river part was nice.

Amazing hike paired with a great tour guide!

Amazing experience and a great tour guide!!! Noel really showed us an unforgettable time! We were able to hike through the rainforest, jump off of cliffs, slide down a natural rock slide, and swing off of ropes into the river. The hike wasn't difficult at all, but absolutely made for an epic experience.

Awesome experience!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at El Yunque! Noel was our main tour guide and he did a great job navigating us through the forest. He even took videos of us going down the slides and doing the cliff jumps! The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because we didn’t have much time for the beach and dinner after the rain forest so we had to eat our food on the bus. We hit traffic going back to our hotel and had to sit for two hours in traffic!! Kinda sucks but no blame on anyone there. Overall we had an amazing experience!!
