Splendid Outing at the Zoo
Jach_P
, Jun 2022
The Safari Park is an amazing place. What a wonderful service they do for the animals and what a delightful surrounding for the tourists. The sign post directions were a bit confusing but there were wonderful volunteers eager to help. We had a full day and we plan to return to explore more closely. Great day . . . splendid.

Tickets don’t work
David_L
, Jun 2022
First I bought tickets on Viator and they said they would scan at the front but they didn’t work and now I am in the process of getting a refund which will take at least a month or two. How can you sell tickets that don’t work with the company.

You need to let people know that the tickets that you send are not acceptable at the park they have a special bar code and we had to wait in line to try and redeem them which they almost weren’t gonna do for us because they said we had to call you.

RHINO PRETZEL AT THE WATERING HOLE

You feel as if you’re on a safari from the moment you enter this amazing Park. Animals look calm and happy not agitated and sad. They have everything they need. The terrains are beautiful. I did not mind spending in this park. I know our money is going towards these animals . I left the park happy knowing that these animals are well taken care of .

A day with the animals
Kevin_B
, Jun 2022
The Safari tram was a nice experience. The guide was knowledgeable and also added some humor. Many attractions were closed and some of the animals were not out. It’s a long walk for some people. A good day overall, but could be better.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I WANT A REFUND
Katarina_G
, Jun 2022
The worst experience I’ve ever received. I put in a request for a refund and I really hope I get my money back because it was complete nonsense. We bought tickets to go to the safari zoo yesterday. When we get there, my tickets couldn’t be scanned and they couldn’t enter the barcode number because it had letters in it which they could not type out. The people at the gate sent me back to the box office to see what the issue was. Then the box office told us they couldn’t help us at all because viator is a third party service. So then I contacted viator, then they told me I need to solve it out with the zoo. Then I go back to the zoo box office and they told me no viator has to solve it. Then viator kept redirecting to a bunch of numbers, nothing was getting resolved. I waited way longer than I should have. We ended up having to buy tickets at the box office because we went with a group and were on a timed schedule. Mind you all of my friends bought tickets from the same service provider, viator as well, and none of them had issues with their tickets except for me. It was a really frustrating experience and now I just want my money back since I could not get into the zoo with the tickets that viator provided me with.

Took two friends who had never been there and we had a ball. By the end of the day we were dragging and the twelve year old was about to fall asleep in his dinner. Best day I have had in a long time.
