Michael presents a family friendly show. He compares his show to a Disney movie where the children will not understand the joke but the parents will. We just want to clarify that this show does not have adult humor that would be inappropriate for any family in the audience. Glad you had fun.

I have never been to a magic show before let alone a comedy magic show and it was a great show laughed through the whole thing and the magic he did was remarkable I would definitely go and see him again and recommend my friends and family to go see him if they were to ever visit the area

I was given a last minute notice that we can't be seated if we arrive anytime after 7pm. The show starts at 7pm but I'm with my kids and it's 9 of us total so of course we're going to be a minute or two behind, plus traffic holds you up. They wouldn't even refund our money and I paid for a group of 9. Highway robbery.

Sir, you received this text message at 4pm (listed below)- You were NOT notified last minute as you stated. This message was sent to the SAME number we called you on for your courtesy call which we called 18 minutes prior to showtime as you had not checked in yet. Let’s recap what REALLY HAPPENED!!! Here is the text message that is sent out for every Magic show on a schedule which is automated. You have tickets for the Magic & Comedy Show at 7PM - • Don't miss the show - BE ON TIME! • Doors OPEN at 6:15PM • Arrive NO LATER than 6:45PM • LATE arrivals are NOT SEATED for the show and NO REFUND is given. • Your ENTIRE GROUP must be PRESENT & TOGETHER at the time of check-in otherwise we cannot seat you. • Absolutely NO CARRY-INS such as FOOD or DRINKS. • Absolutely NO BACKPACKS • GTS is located at 1220 PORT Drive Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 USE your cellphone's - GOOGLE MAPS or WAZE APP to find us. Do not depend on your CAR GPS most are not up to date. We look forward to entertaining you! During the courtesy call phone conversation at 6:42 pm not only did you mention that your family hasn’t even left the hotel yet but you were using unnecessary language that was extremely profane so loud that customers in the lobby heard you. I'm sorry we do not seat late arrivals as that interrupts the show and the other 110 guests that ARRIVED ON TIME. You ordered your tickets from Trip Advisor which also tells you of your arrival times and other pertinent information PRIOR to you purchasing your tickets and their refund policies. Your issues are with your OWN time management and not with the Theatre or Trip Advisor as our policies are clearly stated and reminders are sent and phone calls are given. We can’t hold your hand any more than we are already doing to help customers locate the theatre, arrive in a timely manner and give them great entertainment. Sorry you missed out, your family would have had a great time!

Sorry you were disappointed, however the show was cancelled due to the magician became ill. You were notified the day prior so you had the ability to chose another great activity in Myrtle Beach. Giving the show a one star is unfair to him and to the theatre. I’m sure you have become ill and missed a day of work. I just hope when you call in sick someone isn't so critical to contact your place of business and threaten they will never recommend. It’s disturbing that you took it to that level!
