Key West Sail and Snorkel Trip from Miami

I would never use them a gain. They placed 55 humans lives in danger. Our bus broke down on our way to key west. We were stranded in the middle of nowhere for over four hours. I would never ever use them again

First time in Miami and saw this trip come up for things to do. Super glad we went with the snorkeling option. The boat was fun and we so many different fish

We had it cancelled literally 10 minutes from arriving in the keys I’ve been given no update regarding refund and Viator and gray line Miami have been very frustrating to deal with. Total incompetence in regards to customer service and professionalism.

Great experience for the kids. First time for them on a boat and the crew were very entertaining and polite

Beware of scam by this company: Gray Line Miami. After booking a snorkling trip for 3 for $370.00, bad weather caused the snorkling portion of the trip to be cancelled, so they did a partial refund as expected. However, this is where the discrepancy comes in: they refunded only $160.00, meaning they are charging us over $200.00 for the ride from Miami Beach to Key West. To put it in perspective, this same company has another listing on Viator for the trip only without snorkling for only $49.00 per person. That means they're over-charging us for our ride by over $50.00. When reached out about this discrepancy, their rep gave us the run around to contact viator and have viator contacting their manager without any actual result. Also, even though they have the option for you to manually type in where you're staying, they don't actually pick you up there. They just use that to determine where you needed to go to get picked up at 6am. We had to catch an uber to another location when there's another pickup point 2 blocks from our rental which their rep didn't tell us about (we found our on our way back to Miami Beach). Driver and host were awesome, nothing against them, but I'd rather spend my money elsewhere instead of this agency. Very shady and not being upfront. Overall, I am very disappointed in the trip as our entire purpose of going to key west was to snorkel. Not only was it cancelled due to unexpected weather, we ran into issue with the refund amount, making it a waste of a trip. Shop elsewhere guys, make sure your tour is not operated by Gray Line Miami. Avoid them at all cost if you don't want to run into the same issue as us. I should have listened to the bad reviews before booking. Lessons learned.

The driver and tour guide were great, most everyone wore masks and we felt safe, but the bus smelled like the toilet in the back. It’s too long of a drive from Miami to have to smell that there and back. Also, this is a big tour group on the bus and the snorkel trip (40-45 people), so if you like something more personal, I would choose a different tour.

That Captain belongs on Netflix with his own show!!!! Lol 😂 Omg he was truly amazing & funny!! Free drinks , sailing , snorkeling , it was truly amazing.

Bus is very old and we took like 9 hours from key west to Miami It was a bad very experience I do not recommend it for any one

Everything was great. The only issue was it felt rushed doing the snorkeling experience since we stopped for breakfast on the way down. It would have been better to warn people to eat before pick up or bring food. That way people have more time in key west to shop and choose a restaurant and experience the town. We arrived and had to go right to the snorkeling spot and when we got back we had an hour and a half roughly to try to eat and see the city which was not much. If breakfast was not stopped for that would have given more time to see key west. We had to uber to the two spots, the southernmost point and back to the bus station, or we would have missed both. The snorkeling was amazing however and our tour guide was awesome!!!

The expectation was not as expected, a long time under the sun, the boat does not have enough shade for the clients, they took us down to dive in an area where there were no fish and the environment was not fun
