What To Expect

This tour to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam from Las Vegas is perfect for those who don’t want to deal with the logistics of finding transport, parking, and meals, but who also want some time to explore the expansive beauty of this area on their own.

You’ll start with pickup on the strip from a few strategic hotel locations to keep things easy for you. Ride in a luxury, modern bus with a bathroom onboard for comfort.

Along the way, your driver and guide will make a few stops. You’ll stop at a restaurant for a hot breakfast (included). Then get your cameras ready for awesome shots of the Hoover Dam.

You’ll drive by a Joshua Tree forest to make a quick stop, and then you’ll get to Grand Canyon West where you’ll have a few hours to explore on your own. After this, you’ll drive to Grand Canyon Skywalk in Eagle point to walk on the glass bridge.

Your last stop is Guano Point where you can enjoy lunch around the rim and have even more photo opportunities of the gorgeous Grand Canyon.

A:Yes they do! Additionally, you are never on the bus for more than 45 minutes without a bathroom break. We make regular bathroom stops for all of our tours. We want you to be as comfortable as possible when you are our guests for the day.

A Great Experience

This was the first time I have ever been to the Grand Canyon. This was the perfect tour while we were staying in Las Vegas. The pick up was easy and the ride didn't seem long at all. The host kept us very entertained with fun facts about the places we were seeing and stories about his time in Vegas (which I really enjoyed). He even gave us time for naps haha. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone for a full day adventure!

Absolutely excellent, we went with Comedy on Deck with the hist being called Joe. He was hilarious and made the journey fly by. We stopped offenders route for a cooked breakfast and this was excellent. The bbq that was included was als excellent. I would 100% recommend this trip with the breakfast and lunch included.

Not worth it

My sons and I had a bad experience with this trip. I felt the guide was too scripted and wanted to "race" through what was supposed to be a 10.5 hour trip. We had the unfortunate experience of the bus blowing a tire, first noted by passengers and reported and was told "the bus driver will get an indication if something is wrong." Well it was the passengers as they screamed and knew we were now riding on the rim. The driver safely pulled over a busy highway in the Mojave Desert and there we waited for 2 hours to get another bus. We were first told 55 minutes, then 15 minutes more and then more. All during this time there was essentially no communication to the passengers by the guide or bus driver unless we asked. The guide should have apologized, checked the passengers, be encouraging and optimistic. Instead he shut down and basically stayed by himself. When we got to the Canyon the guide told us to come back with 2.5 hours - 3 hours. There was a time change and he told us to be aware of it. He said the bus would leave no later than 5 pm. Everyone was back on the bus by 4:45 pm but two men. Despite the brochure stating "if you don't come back on time you are on your own for a return trip," the guide worked with security to locate the two men. By 5:30 the men returned to the bus...apparently not paying attention to the accurate time. Perhaps the guide was given instructions from his management to do what he was doing but again there was no communication and for 45 minutes 52 passengers stared out the window to see if he and the two men were coming back. If you have a written statement that you are going to leave at a certain time and you MUST be back...why not follow it rather than penalize 52 other passengers. When we came back either there were strong winds or something was wrong with our 2nd bus or the driver. We served from lane to lane on the highway. Again NO communication. Imagine being on a plane and there were strange noises or lots of turbulence and the pilot and crew say NOTHING. It was very scary. We could not wait to get off the bus. When we were stranded in the desert my family wanted to call Uber and get picked up. It would cost $145. I called customer service for the trip to see if we could get refunded or a partial refund because I picked this trip for the shorter duration of 10.5 hours and "Melissa" said she would have to talk with management. She never called back and still have not heard from anyone. We had plans for the evening that had to be changed. I never heard an apology to the passengers from the guide though he did mention at least twice that he and the driver work for tips. My suggestion is to skip the trip and rent a car and drive to the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. You will save a lot more money, enjoy the beautiful ride and scenery and make the stops along the way.

This is a GREAT experience. Hopefully if you book you will get a guide as awesome as Patrick was! He was very funny and informative about the area, the tour stops and suggestions for things to do while in Vegas! Highly recommend either adding a helicopter ride or Skywalk...or both. It was our first time to Grand Canyon and Patrick made it all the better!

Very well organized, Tony was great and entertaining . We had a tire blow out on the way to the Canyon. We had to wait for another bus, but Tony did not let that ruin our day. We had more than enough time to see the canyon got there safely and back safe as well! He was very professional!

A fantastic day. Views were spectacular- everything I had hoped for. Our tour guide, Ralph, was a character and made the trip there and back really enjoyable. Our driver, George, was also lovely. Well spaced stops along the way for toilet breaks (also one on board if needed) and breakfast and lunch included was great. 5 stars!

An Amazing Experience

Simply an amazing adventure equal to excursions we’ve taken while visiting Alaska and other countries. We opted to add the helicopter ride traveling in and landing on the floor of the Grand Canyon. The travel guide, Andrew Hunt, was a pleasure to be focused on for our 12 hour exploration. Mr Hunt was pleasant, educated about the areas we visited, and provided many pieces of advice regarding our and our co-adventure’s Las Vegas stay. These very “tips” proved to be spot on as we followed some advice that very night. Our driver wss also friendly and courteous. Some might say he possessed an infectious smile. Jovon not only drove, he made sure we were supplied with water at each stop, a necessity in this region of the U.S. Our experience was wonderful. The Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon made for beautiful post card photos. Not to mention, our meals were very good and the rest stops were clean. This was a 10 out of 10 experience.

Ralph would point out sites along the road and give a brief history on it while being hilarious. He made sure all guest were comfortable and really engaged with everyone. This was an amazing experience! Not only was the Grand Canyon breathtaking, the driver was great and our guide/comedian made the trip a lot more fun, and interesting! We stopped for breakfast on the way, which was delicious. Lunch at the canyon was not fabulous, but the view was spectacular!
