Our tour guide was great however once we arrived they forgot to check us in for our helicopter tour we ended up waiting a hour and when went to get a update they actually forgot to check us in all together we ended up missing our skywalk tour due to the lack of service
Fun fun fun!

We had a great time! Our tour guide, Gia, was fun and informative. Our bus driver was safe. The helicopter and boat tour was amazing. A great way to see the Grand Canyon. The skywalk was nice but probably wouldn't spend the money on it again. Guano Point was very beautiful.

Beware the Big Coaches
, Jan 2020
Beware the big coaches that pick up lots of people from different hotels. If you are first pick up, you will be trolling around for an hour or so before getting going! Any delay in getting going means less time at the GC and there is quite a lot to see. The helicopter and boat combo was worthwhile. It was very interesting to see things from a different perspective. Make sure you chat to the person running the boat, they have a lot of local knowledge. The day we went it was the Las Vegas Marathon and the strip was closed for our return journey. We were not informed about this beforehand. The driver and guide on our bus did a sterling job in getting us back to our hotel but it could have been so much better.

Rude coach driver
, Jan 2020
The tour was well planned. The coach driver Jessie was extremely unfriendly and rude at most times. The guide was good and knew her stuff.

Fabulous day from start to finish. Our guide Jorge was very informative throughout the tour. There was plenty of time to do the helicopter, boat, skywalk and all the drop off points if you manage your time well. Jorge explained all this to us and we were one of the few who did everything and we were still one of the first back on the bus. A magical day for us as we were also celebrating hubby's 50th birthday and we renewed our marriage vows afterwards at the chapel of the flowers in Vegas. Thank you for making our day so special.

Nothing about this package was a tour. It was a helicopter transport/shuttle down to the boat and the boat was just a 10-15 float down the Colorado River with no information about the Grand Canyon. Lunch (subway) was provided in the morning for you to carry around until lunch time and ear plugs weren't even issued out for the helicopter transport to the boat. We weren't even advised to bring our own. Nothing can take away from the beauty of the Grand Canyon but no knowledge, history, interesting facts was shared during any part of the tour.

Not Enough Time for the Combo
, Nov 2019
Mitch was informative and entertaining, while Ron kept us safe on the road. They were both great and if just for them I would have given a higher rating. We chose to do the helicopter/boat/skywalk combo and found ourselves racing through Skywalk, Eagle and Guano Point just to get back to the bus in time. There was no benefit given to those doing the combo. At the very least, we should have been given priority in line for the helicopter, over those who were not doing the full combo. You pay extra for the Skywalk ticket to beat the lineup at the box office, however, there was no lineup to buy tickets. In fact, I didn't see 1 person buy a ticket at Skywalk - therefore this is not a benefit. There was an extremely long lineup to get through security and another lineup if you wanted pictures. We had to opt out of this line since the helicopter and boat ride took so much time (lots of waiting). There was an option for a gluten free boxed lunch, so that was good. Overall, this wasn't great value for the cost.
Fantastic day out.
