Cute villages but not a rewarding tour

The only good thing about the guide was that she got us from village to village. She was not very informative. Had little to offer. The lemoncino tasting was abysmal only an extremely small amount in a store that only could accommodate 6 people. No explanation about the liquor or any information from the guide or store owner. The villages were cute but every similar. Not a robust or fulfilling tour.

our guide met us at the ship, and we walked together for about 20 minutes to the train station. (the fee for this tour included the train ticket already). the tour was in spanish and english, which threw me off a bit, as he began in spanish! we went to 3 out of the 5 towns. the guide explained what there was to see in each place for a few minutes, and then we had about an hour to walk around on our own. the last place we had a lot more time,(about 3 hours) and i would have preferred to see a 4th town instead of having so much time in the 3rd place. more than half of the people on our tour left early to do their own thing, but as i don't speak the language and had never been there before, I wasn't as bold. At the end of the tour, when he brought us back on the train to the starting point, he merely pointed us toward the pier and our ship instead of taking us back to where he picked us up. because of that, he didn't get a tip from us! we got a bit lost on our way back.... as i mentioned, it was a 20 min walk.

Für die erbrachte Leistung nicht lohnenswert. Letztlich hat sich der Guidebeitrag auf die Begleitung für den halbstündigen Fußweg zum Bahnhof, das Austeilen der Bahntickets und das gemeinsame Ein- und Aussteigen an drei verschiedenen Bahnhöfen beschränkt. Kann man allein deutlich günstiger und mit mehr Flexibilität haben. Daumen runter!
