It was advertised as stopping every 30 minutes but in reality it only stops once per hour. It was always on time but more difficult to plan that way. Understandable given lower tourism since Covid, but if I had known I might not have booked it. They should advertise more accurately .

Thank you for this feedback. Although this information is available on the listing, we have amended it to make it more prominent now. Our winter shedules are always slower than the summer ones as there is less demand. Our live bus tracking would however have helped you to ensure minimum waiting at any bus stop and there certainly were enough departures for you to have visited most attractions.

I waited 3 hours for the bus because I was told to wait at any station, I waited at gold reef theme park station 14, only to find out that the bus don't pass there anymore, I my day was ruined

I am not sure who told you that. Stop 14 is actually listed and called "the Apartheid Museum stop" and you would have noticed that this museum remains closed, which is why we currently don't service this stop. There is also signage at the bus stop advising this. We also offer live bus tracking which is advertised all over so there would have been no need to wait for 3 hours, especially given that our buses stopped at bus stop 13, just across the pedestrian bridge, located at the Gold Reef City Casino and Theme Park, every 60 minutes. We are sorry you felt your day was ruined but we do feel all resources needed to find our buses are advertised and delivered.
