We were actually the only two on the tour becuase of the time we booked it. It was early afternoon at 3. The later times were already full. But despite that the tour guide, Celina was professional and informative. I am very certain that even a packed tour would be the same experience but it was really cool being the only two on the bus. At each stop she would explain and point out some of the small details of each building and the story behind it all. Our ghost meter went off several times in the Strand area at two of the more active and spooky sightings which was also pretty cool! My only regret is not having any cash to tip with becuase she deserved a very good tip.

Stopping at the cemetery was a nice little detour. The tour guide was also very pleasant to talk to as well as enthusiastic about the trip.
However. Overall, very disappointed. I paid 50 dollars to listen to selections of a podcast, see very few sites, and listen to a bunch of drunk people scream over the podcast. The tour guide had very little input on the places we were visiting, it was all about the podcast. We'd listen to one story about the place we drove by 10 minutes ago, and every podcast selection would end with "go follow the podcast to hear the rest". The guests were too rowdy and it was impossible to hear the stories for the majority of the trip. We also departed late because some of the guests needed to go to the adjacent store beforehand, and we had to stop 20 minutes in for a restroom break. I paid 50 dollars to not-listen to a podcast, play with a toy EMF, and be yelled at by drunks.

Every so often we do get a group that is hard to manage, but it's definitely in the extreme minority. Sounds like you missed a LOT of the stories and paranormal videos due to their volume level. We mention the podcast episode so those interested in further detail on a specific ghost tale can easily find more information.
I'm always surprised when we get a less than five star review because we've worked so hard to make this entertaining for all ages. Tour guide was great. Unfortunately, there were some women on the tour that talked the entire time and kept interrupting the guides stories with mundane questions and comments so we missed a lot of the information. Disappointing ☹️

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the podcast aspect with eye whitness accounts and hearing some of the history of places as well as seeing the architecture. Since it was December it was a nice bonus to see the Christmas decorations.
