Lloyd was there to meet us at the designated time and place and took care of the transport for us. The guys were great and took us to some great spots overlooking the bay and gave us lots of information. They made sure everyone had a good time and were safe. They prepared a tropical buffet for us which was a brilliant added touch. Highly recommended
Booked this after listening to other resort clients rave comments. Absolutely loved it. We were both first timers and I am 74 but thanks to King our amazing guide/coach we were quickly able to tackle trails and enjoy the nature and views. Brilliant machines and really easy to become basically proficient. Will seek out opportunities when we get home.

    • Meeting Instructions There are two cruise piers in St. Lucia, POINT SERAPHINE and LA PLACE CARENAGE (Port Castries). Point Seraphine Arrivals: Debark the ship and look for the pier exit. Make a right after exiting and walk to the Pink Papaya Restaurant (under 5 minutes walk). Your local representative will be waiting for you wearing a shirt with the logo "LucianStyle" and also will be holding a sign that reads "LucianStyle" Experiences". Port Castries (La Place Carenage) Arrivals: Debark the ship and look for the pier exit. Walk through the doors into the Duty Free terminal, turn left (only way) and continue towards the exit of the Duty Free terminal, the St. Lucia Tourist Board information desk is prior to the exit doors where you will met by your local representative. Your local representative will be waiting for you wearing a shirt with the logo "LucianStyle" and also will be holding a sign that reads "LucianStyle Experiences

    We had an amazing time! We thought we were going to be picked up at our resort, but at the last minute we realized we would need to drive and meet the tour guide. Everyone was so nice and gave us easy directions to find the location. It actually worked out perfectly since we were staying in Marigot Bay and had our own rental car. We got to spend the rest of the day sightseeing at Rodney Bay and getting provisions. Our tour guide Deanaii was super knowledgeable about local plants and uses, and the history of the island, and was incredibly kind and respectful. The Segway was incredibly easy to learn to ride and our guide took his time teaching us the correct use of the Segway. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the island.

    Greetings Sam, good day to you. We are VERY sorry for how this went down. We pride ourselves on guest experiences, and as you can see, our reviews reflect such. We would have loved to have been able to share our award winning Segway experience with you on the day in question, however, things just didn't work out that way. I have done a full investigation and it turns out that the driver who was scheduled to pick you up was a new driver and had a lapse of judgement. He picked up two other guests at your same location and without checking his manifest, assuming instead that he had everyone. (The second couple he picked up was a last minute booking. His original itinerary had only your party of two at your pickup location, however on the morning of the tour it went up to four. Had he checked it properly, he would have noticed the change.) This is by NO MEANS our usual level of service and I assure you the matter has been dealt with strictly on our end. The owner of the company has since let that driver go as he has a zero-tolerance policy for these kinds of errors. We want to apologize once again for how this went down and wish you all the best in your future travels. If you ever make it back to St. Lucia, we would be happy to offer you a complimentary pass to enjoy our award winning Segway experience.

    My family of two parents and two teenagers had a great time on this tour! You get in some beautiful views of Rodney Bay and see some cool historical leftovers from when the US used St. Lucia as a harbor for sea planes during WWII. Tour guides were extremely knowledgeable, fun, and hospitable.

    Thanks for an excellent nature trail tour. Our guide Keyz was amazing. He was knowledgeable, and was a great host - even preparing organic fruit for us in a lovely setting. Riding a segway is fun and easy, and Keyz looked after us very well. A highlight of our trip, thank you!

    The Trip was very informative and our guide Sheldon was AWESOME!! Sheldon taught us a lot about St. Lucia history and culture. The trip took us into an old US Naval Base and he views at the top of the hill were phenomenal. Highly recommend! And riding a Segway is easy... If I can do it, you can too!

    Brilliant. Cole ,our guide and instructor was patient with new gliders taking us on a nature trial. He checked all the time that everyone was OK. He explained about fruits and trees and the history of the area and was very happy to answer questions. We had fabulous views across Rodney Bay. There is a rests top where chilled water, bananas, honeydew and watermelon are available. He has a store in one of the old US navy munitions bunkers the stuff is transported up there prior to the excursion. You climb, on foot, to a huge pond containing talapia and koi and you get to feed them with the bread that Cole supplied. Departures are from near Rodney Bay Mall. ON return to base you get a gliders licence which gives you 5 off any future bookings. If you haven't riddena Segway before - do give it a try.

    Thank you Edwin and co. for making our segway nature trail experience an enjoyable and informative one! We learnt about local flora and historical sites along a 1.7-mile trail system. We stopped for pics at bunkers that Americans used as tunnels during World War II, and enjoyed incredible views of Pigeon Island and Rodney Bay coast line and feed fish at a hideaway freshwater pond. My husband and I had never used a segway so it was a lot of fun and we would recommend this experience!!

    They called us the night before at 10:25p to let us know our tour was moved from 2pm to 4pm. Never mind that a call at a resort at that hour gave us a bad scare, but changing it last minute was more than a tad inconvenient for us as it was our anniversary and we had the whole day planned out. The tour was nice. When the guide asked if we wanted to stop at a bar on the beach for a drink I thought they were buying since they had messed up our day...nope. Wow. Nice way to make it up.

    Very good indeed. We were collected bang on time and driven to the Segway site. Check-in was quick and easy. Out instructors/guides, Edwin and Kestin, were very informative, and good fun, on both riding the Segway and the various bits of nature we encountered along the way. Would go again.     My wife and I took several very good tours while vacationing in Saint Lucia, but this was the most fun of the lot! The leaders/instructors were so helpful, and very funny to boot! We had never used a Segway before, but it took very little time to adapt, and we were off on a very interesting adventure! The area toured is mostly private property, which includes some breathtaking views, plenty of spicy flora (some of which we sampled), and interesting ruins of abandoned fortifications. There was also a unique pool up the mountain, stocked with Coy that we were allowed to feed. The water was seethed with hungry fish! On the way back, we stopped off at the beach, where refreshments were available. For us, this would have been a tiring walk without the Segways, but it was a total breeze with them! Try it!

    A very professional pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable tour guides giving a great insight into the local history and foliage. Make sure you go for a drink to Marie's bar on the way back. A perfect day for all the family. They were very patient and helpful with my young daughter who didn’t take to it at first.

    Amazing experience!! Our guide was brilliant-informative and fun. We were out for about 2hrs but only 1 was on the Segway.. But the other hour was well spent.. Eating fresh fruit in a world war 2 bunker and feeding some fish in a stone face pond.. And taking in the scenery of course. Brilliant!!

    This was so much fun. We had never used a Segway before, but they are really easy to handle as long as you don't start horsing about on them. The trail we went on was off road and we also went on a stretch of beach. One guy got into difficulties and ended upon getting whacked on the head by the handle bars. A stark reminder of why you should not mess about on these things and also why we were told to wear safety helmets. No doubt about it he would have been knocked out cold if it was'nt for the helmet. Tour guide was a really nice chap and even stopped at fairly regular intervals to show us different trees and explain their medicinal properties. Made a stop to try some of the local fruits and another for a few shots. Definitely would recommend the Segway, is a really fun experience.
