We loved everything about this excursion!! It was definitely worth every penny! We were staying in Micoud which is an hour and 10 minutes away from the excursions and our tour guide, driver, teacher, photographer he did it all (Alleyn) showed up a little earlier and was ready for us, with a nice big smile on his face 😊 he spoke to us all the way there, throughout the whole excursion and all the way back. If all that wasn't amazing enough, we were brought to a local restaurant for lunch with very delicious food and a breath-taking view of the two piton mountains over seeing Soufriere. I would recommend every one to book this excursion you will not regret it!! ❤️❤️

After much searching, we booked with H&A Tours and we’re so glad that we did! H&A is ran by a husband and wife team, and we had the wife — Hernelle — with us for the day. She was an amazing guide for the day, and here’s why: 1) She picked us up directly from our hotel in Gros Islet at 8AM sharp 2) She was very nice and knowledgeable, so the conversation kept flowing during our full 8 hour day! 3) She was open to tweak and modify the itinerary - some things we drove by I wanted to check out more closely, and she’d take us, although it’s add a bit of time to our already long day 4) The stops were must-sees (beware…you and your clothing will leave the mud baths stinky!) 5) I left the excursion feeling that I really knew St. Lucia and its origins! In fact, we liked our time with Hernelle so much, that we booked her to drive us back to the airport, too.

Okay so we cannot even start to explain how wonderful this experience was. If you are reading this, you need to book this excursion with Ross. He is such a wonderful individual that made our last day in St. Lucia unforgettable. He picked us up exactly on time from our hotel. He then drove us all the way from Gros Islet to Soufriere for our day of activities. I have to give a quick side note to how well and safely Ross drove. We had rented a car and know firsthand how windy the roads are on this volcanic island are and how there are many drives who drive a bit dangerously. But Ross was an amazing driver who drove us all day in a way that made us feel very safe. Okay so first stop for us was the volcano/mud bath/hot springs. You get to lather up in the sulfur-based mud after opening up your pours in a series springs. The spring temperatures were perfectly steamy and graded from warm/hot to very hot, and you choose the spring depending on your tolerance. For me, someone who deals with eczema and acne, my face and skin felt amazing after this experience so I would definitely recommend. Just make sure to remove any silver items before trying this. Then we had a private tour of some remote spots of the volcano and some history of the volcano and its resources. We left the volcano to go to the botanical gardens which was beautiful and only a short drive away. Ross was our tour guide! He told us so many facts about the flora (he is filled with information and history like you would not believe). There is also a cooler spring at the botanical garden that also has nutrients from the volcano that you can bathe in here as well. Then went to the waterfall which also was not far away. A little cold, but refreshing after the hot springs. The aesthetics were beautiful here as well. And a shout out to Ross for being the best camera man all day! After we left the waterfall, Ross was bringing us to a local restaurant to have some real St. Lucian cuisine. But before we got there, Ross brought us to a local grocery so we could get some cocoa. Then he stopped to buy us some soursop, a delicious local fruit with a bunch of health benefits. I wanted to add this just to show how much he went to extra mile to really show us his island and all the bountiful components that make it unique. Then the lunch we went to was soooo good and fulling with the most amazing view of the Pitons on a hilltop in Soufriere. He drove us back to our hotel and we just had to give him the biggest hug for going above and beyond all day. Him and his wife opened this business and I know they will do well since they make a once in a lifetime experience for each of their guest. Amazing time. I know this was long but I had to sing their praises. So do yourself a favor and book this excursion! You'll thank us later!

Stop searching and book this trip!!! This was one of the best guided tours that we have ever been on. Hernelle was so friendly and knowledgeable! We really got to learn all about the island. She went out of her way to take photos for us, and even make a few additional stops for us along the way. If you are looking for a personalized adventure, book this tour!

My girlfriend and I booked this excursion never been on one and not knowing what to expect. Our guide, Alleyn was the best!! Very professional, knowledgeable and funny. It was just us and another couple. We did the mud baths and volcano followed by 2 waterfalls (1 we were able to go in). We stopped along the way for views and pictures, also sampling local cuisine. He definitely made us feel like we were one of his family visiting from out of town. 10/10 recommend.

Our tour guide, Alleyn Ross, was amazing. He shared St. Lucia's history and culture with us. He was happy to stop for us to get some coco tea but she didn't have any. We, instead, got some delicious, fresh grilled chicken that we happily devoured. We were amazed because throughout the whole tour, Alleyn was very informative and funny especially at the diamond botanical garden. He knew so much about the plants and fruit trees. He was also happy to take pictures for us and made us feel like we basically knew each other for years. We also stopped for lunch at The Beacon which had amazing food and views of the island. We are glad that we booked this tour and highly recommend anyone to share their day with Alleyn.

We had an awesome experience! Aleyen was our tour guide through H&A tours and did a fantastic job! He was very professional and personable and most of all knowledgeable! We were very safe on Aleyen’s hands. Started out with a Fun mud followed by the beautiful botanical gardens and ended up at the waterfall. Well worth the money and time. I would call him again if I ever plan to go back to St Lucia again.
