We loved the night show the best!

We loved the show at the end of the day the most but everything was fabulous!! There is a lot of walking & the trails can be a little confusing but we managed. We ate the buffet & tried a sample of everything that was offered. We also had the 7 course meal & our waiter was amazing! My daughter & I had a massage near the waterfall. I was disappointed with Linda as she focused mainly on the legs & arms. She did not work on sore areas such as my neck & back. That massage was not worth $90. We love Eli (tour guide on the bus). He’s very smart & helped us get our extra excursions. They did not practice social distancing at Xcaret.

Not worth the money or the time.

Sat on a bus for 3 hours to get there but the drive is only 40 minutes. Bus a/c didn’t work well, so both ways the trip was awful. The park is basically a smalltime zoo with a lazy river. Don’t pay more to go to here than you would to Disney, it just isn’t worth it unless you like floating in a lazy river with hundreds of people pushing through you and your group in an overcrowded park. Our group of 10 people did not enjoy this at all. I’d recommend other parks/options our entire group left at the first chance out of there. Also, the bio sun block, which nobody checks, doesn’t work and the three people that depended on it in our group all absolutely roasted with sun burn.

Dear Visitor, Thank you for sharing your comments regarding your experience. We're sorry to hear that our over 40 attractions included with the admssion ticket, including our underground rivers and Xcaret Mexico Espectacular show didn't meet your expectations. Regarding the drive, it is important to remember that it is a shared transportation with a very precise logisitic that picks up our visitors at various hotels. As we are an eco-friendly park the use of biodegradable sunscreen is highly recommended, as any other sunscreen it is important to apply throughout the day to avoid sun burns. That being said we will take your comments into account to continue improving and hope to have you back at any of our other parks. Kind regards, Gabriela S. Grupo Xcaret - B2B Customer Service

Not worth the money

Nice park but nowhere near worth the admission price, needs to be like half of what they charge. For the price EVERYTHING should be included and should get more than just 1 drink

Dear visitor, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. The cost of admission to Xcaret is in the average of other attractions in the destination, however, Xcaret, offers the advantage of including more than 40 attractions among which you can enjoy water activities, exhibitions of flora and fauna, cultural events and workshops, shows as well as attractions for children. We hope to have you back at this or any of our other parks in the future. Kind regards, Gabriela S. Grupo Xcaret - B2B Customer Service

Beautiful Park

Beautiful park and activities. Our departure time was inaccurate so we had to wait in the hotel lobby for an 1 hour and 40 minutes for the pick up, confirmation email was inaccurate with pick up times. Get multiple lockers, lockers will fit only one medium size backpack despite being told otherwise by a park employee. Don’t take Sandals or sunblock with you on the river and cave activity. We had to go back to the lockers to drop off this stuff because we weren’t accurately informed which took another 25 minutes to allow us to enjoy the park. Bus ride home took one and a half hours, we were the last stop to be taken back to our resort.

Make a plan before this trip!

Great park! I have nothing bad to say about Xcaret. It is absolutely stunning and truly I have not see anything like it. Our bus came to the hotel on time and we arrived very quickly to the park. The only con would be the fact that they only inform you about the paid activities, even though there are a lot of free activities which are just as fun but you have to go out on your own to find them. Look at a map prior to going and make a plan otherwise you will miss a ton of good activities. They told us our bus was leaving at 8:10 pm. We got there at 8:01 pm and our bus was already gone. Luckily, they had another bus going in the same direction which was able to drop us off. It was rather smooth!

It is a beautiful large park. I think for what I paid more things should have been included. The extra price for swimming with the dolphins, speed boat and mantees was a bit much. My family really enjoyed it, so that is all that matters.

Dear visitor, We thank you for your visit. We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed our 40 attractions included with the admssion ticket, including our underground rivers and Xcaret Mexico Espectacular show. We would like to share with you that some activities are not included in the standard rate due to high maintenance costs and more personalized experience. We will take your comments into account to continue our improvement. Kindest Regards. Lluvia R. Grupo Xcaret – B2B Customer Service.
