Super fun excursion!! We were supposed to start at 9 and ended up getting on the boat by 9:45 ish. We drove by boat for 40 min to caye caulker island and ordered lunch for later. We then drove out from that island 5 min away to snorkel the huge reef and I have to say, it was beautiful. I’ve snorkeled a lot, all over the world and this was the best snorkeling I’ve ever done. The reef is HUGE!! The guides are very knowledgeable and will share alot of info about Belize, as well as the wildlife in the water. The first stop for snorkeling was about 45 min. After we saw the reef we drove about 10 min from there and met the nurse sharks and sting rays. They fed them right before we all hopped in the water so they would swarm us. It was amazing and we were there for about 20 min. I would never usually book a snorkeling excursion bc you can do that anywhere for free, but swimming with the sharks made it so worth it. After we snorkeled, we went back to caye caulker and ate lunch (had about 50 min) and walked around a little. There wasn’t much to see in the area where we ate lunch. Overall this was a GREAT excursion hosted by amazing people!!
Unreliable who cancels at the last minute

Do not use this company!!! They canceled on us at 9pm the night before. We thought it was because of the weather so we rebooked later in the week. They sent us our ticket and confirmed our pick-up spot. They canceled on us at 4am when we were supposed to get picked up at 8:30am. They are unreliable.

We waited for an hour before leaving the dock.
However, once we left, everything was more than excellent. From the very friendly and competent Nathalie and crew, the snorkel site was perfect, the sharks and rays were everywhere. Lunch time at a quiet little restaurant and back to shore. Perfect, just perfect

Tour got started 45 minutes late.then an hour to go somewhere to pre order lunch then out to first place to snorkel. It was more than 2 hours before we were actually snorkeling. Very short time in the water before heading to the next spot also short time in water because we had to hurry to get back to the ship. There was supposed to be a shuttle back to the tenders but never showed had to take a taxi back in order to get back in time at our expense. I know we lost 45 minutes of snorkeling time do to late start 90 percent of excursion Time was not snorkeling.

We had an amazing day with Stacy as our tour guide. She was very personable and made the boat trip lots of fun. She was in the water with us sharing her knowledge of the various sea creatures. We had some extra time to explore the island and didn't feel rushed to return to Belize City. I would definitely recommend this excursion and would hope that you're lucky enough to have Stacy as your guide!

We had an amazing time on this tour. We snorkeled one of the best reefs in the world, fed/swam with sharks, and get to check out a sweet island. I would recommend this tour vs. booking through a crush. Finding the location was a breeze and they got us back to our ship in time.

I requested for help to pick us up at cruise ship. Norwegian Breakaway. No one came. Ship explained that we would miss excursions. We did. We called viator . Said I had to call Travelocity for refund. We tried. No connection. Will call when enter usa.sad experience. Do not order from them

Mark and his team were great! It was easy to get to the boat from the cruise ship, but they also gave a ride. We were one of the first off the ship, so we did end up waiting for a bit. Once on the boat, it was a wonderful ride to Caulker Caye; fast boat and small group size so we had plenty of space. The places they took us were incredible, and they did a great job leading us. You even get to feed leaping fish! The lunch was traditional Belize, and we had time after lunch to explore the Caye.

Well, we got stuck on board the cruise ship editing to tender in and missed our excursion, but we were offered another excursion and took it. It was amazing!!! We went to Goff’s Caye. It’s a small 1/2 acre island. It had the best snorkeling and food! We got a private snorkeling tour from Felix. He is awesome! Took us right over the edge of the reef. Best snorkeling ever! Patrick was out boat captain! Both of these guys did an amazing job. Definitely recommend this excursion. It is a 35 minute boat ride but well worth it! Definitely recommend Splash Wave Tours!

This is a fantastic trip. A quick walk out the gate to a rep and short walk to a bus that whisks you away to a nearby pier where your boat and gear await. A 45 minute boat ride to an island to make your optional lunch order for $15. Don't feel obligated to buy the recommended lunch. When we returned we had plenty of time to walk around the small town and found a cuban sandwich that we split for $8. Plenty to hold us until we returned to our ship. We were lucky enough to see some bottle nosed dolphins. Then onto our first snorkel site. This was deep water and we wore life vests. The crew are amazing guides and showed us conch, a moray eel, many fish and stingrays among many coral formations. Next stop, stingrays and nurse sharks. This is waist deep water and we were actually able to hold a baby shark. After lunch on the island, our guides also hand fed some big birds and let some of us try it too. Really cool. Then they stopped to let some feed live tarpon some fish. The guides were very knowledgeable about the area and everyone had a good time. We easily made it back for our cruise. This is a good adventure and well worth the money. Don't forget to tip, these guys rely on tourism to feed their families!!!
