Excellent customer service. Lily, the lady that met me at the airport was so personable and you could tell she truly loved her job. Cameron my driver was very informative, pleasant and very clean cut. I was lucky enough to have him drive both of my transfers. The app is easy to use. Thanks for the great service!

Fantastic welcoming experience! Sadly I can't remember our drivers name but she was very helpful and informative! Very very highly recommend! They even met us at the airport with a card and our name as soon as we walked out the door!

They were eating for me outside the airport with my name on a sign. I didn’t see it at first. I called and she was right in front of me. Nice people who try hard to make it work for the client. Also, a taxi to town is $30usd.

So glad I booked this shuttle from the airport to the water taxi. It made it so simple and stress free to get to the Cayes seamlessly! Walked out of the airport and my driver was right there with a sign. Ride was 20min or so. He even helped me get my luggage checked on the water taxi. I immediately booked the same shuttle back to the airport and it ended up being the same driver! Highly, highly recommend this service. Pretty sure it was cheaper than a taxi for me as well.

I loved being met by Lil who was holding a sign with my name on it. She hustled us into a waiting car with one of her drivers who whisked us away to the water taxi. All so efficient and friendly. We felt very welcome!

After arriving to Belize at BZE, it was super easy getting a hold of our driver and they were very welcoming in making this a comfortable experience because it takes the hassle away from having to find a taxi. Traveling can be exhausting and having a ride already waiting for me and my wife definitely took the edge off. I will definitely be back use their shuttle service again and definitely recommended if you like your itinerary planned out.

I had booked the Belize airport shuttle service online via Viator on March 31, got a confirmation. I gave additional instructions through the booking to let them know that I would arrive at the Water taxi terminal at 10am. When I arrived, no one was there. I called, and the lady said she just got my booking and that no one could come and get me, and simply said she would cancel the order, which they did. I had to take a taxi, which was double the price than the shuttle. Beware if you consider using this service as it seems they are unorganized or simply decide last minute if they can make enough money of your order, and if not cancel it without regards to your situation.
