First, we shall give ourself a moment of pure relaxation through a yoga or meditation class, later, we shall let you discover the work in the vineyard and the winemaking process. Our expert guide will lead you through the vineyards on two wheels to experience the scents and colors of Tuscan nature. Back from the bike ride, the visit of the winery will await you. In the cellar we’ll offer you the chance to learn the history behind the production of each bottle of wine, from the time of the pruning to the harvest, through the fermentation and aging. You’ll learn the history of Sangiovese grape and what makes each vintage different and special. This unique experience will end with a fantastic Tuscan plate of cuts and cheese matched with Fattoria Svetoni wines.

Your guide will lead you along quiet backroads amongst olive groves and vineyards to story-book hamlets and hilltop villages. We’ll ride you into the timeless beauty of the Tuscan panorama. Our farm is a winery situated in the countryside near the delightful village of Montepulciano, here your Vespa tour will begin, where you’ll meet your guide for a brief safety overview and practice ride before reaching the route. Saddle up on your scooter Vespa and follow your guide. The tour ends with the visit of our winery. You’ll discover the wine making processes: viticulture, winemaking, fermentation, blend and aging; the various stages that punctuate the work of the winemaker, from the vineyard to the table. After that, a delicious Tuscan plate of cuts and cheese with wine tasting is waiting for you. With the help of our Chef, native to this area, you will discover the unique flavors of local cuisine as you explore our traditional lifestyle. The course includes the preparation of 4 typical recipes. We start our experience preparing the special sauce of Crostino Toscano, traditional appetizer. Then we’ll make handmade pasta: Pici, real treasure of south Tuscany. For the sauce we’ll prepare the typical Aglione, which is a tomato sauce made with a special giant garlic of the area. As dessert we’ll prepare Cantucci, traditional cookies of Valdichiana. They are very good dipped in Vin Santo, special sweet wine of our region. After this unique experience, all your efforts will be rewarded by enjoying the sumptuous meal prepared with your own hands during the cooking class. Enjoy your meal!
