The hotel pick ups commerce around 07:00am, guest are transported by road from Livingstone for about 1hr drive to Kazungula one border stop where you shall do your passport formalities for both Zambian and Botswana side just after crossing the newly constructed Kazungula bridge. The Pick-up and transfer – The Walking Safari Experience starts early with your collection from your Lodge or Hotel, and your transfer to the Park, which takes approximately 15-20mins. The early start is necessary to avoid walking in the heat, which can build up very quickly. It is important you have suitable walking shoes, hats and bush friendly attire. On arrival at the Park Gate we will organize an escort Scout to accompany the group and take a short drive to where we will start the Walk. The Guide will find the White Rhino and track as much of the large game as possible. This Bicycle Safari takes you through the Crocodile Ranch for a close view of crocodiles and other reptiles - optional. You then cross the Maramba River and ride through part of the game park. You will then take a rest stop at the massive baobab ‘look out tree’ which gives you an areal view of the falls. Ride across the Zamba-Zimbabwe railway line and on the 110 year old Victoria Falls bridge before stopping for lunch at the Bridge Restaurant.
